Article Gender Sensitisation & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), Regulations   The bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justice D. Y. Chandrachud and Justice A. M. Khanwilkar of Supreme Court directed Chief Justice of Delhi High Court to constitute committees to tackle complaints of sexual harassment in all district courts, in the wake of an incident of a lady advocate being assaulted by members of the Bar at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
